Trying to balance school, extracurricular activities, homework, and relationships, all while trying to enjoy life can feel like a lot sometimes. Experiencing overwhelm, stress, & anxiety can impact our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. You may notice chronic headaches or stomachaches, feeling jittery and on edge, or experience low energy and lack motivation. Maybe you notice feeling easily irritated with your loved ones or you have difficulty falling asleep at night. If you are experiencing stress and/or anxiety and would like some extra support, Centered might be a good place for you!

This group is a time and space to slow down, be present with others, and be present with yourself. You will learn about how stress and anxiety affects you and you will discover coping skills/strategies that work best for your life. You will create a personalized comfort box that will be filled with various stress reducing objects and activities for when you are at home/school. You will also have an opportunity to connect with others in a safe environment. Click here to view a tentative schedule.
