Individual therapy may be a good fit for you if you are looking for a space to process past & present experiences, reconnect with yourself, or simply have a time & place that is just for you. Learn more about what you can expect during an individual session.

We may be a good fit if you are navigating:

  • Life transitions (i.e. job changes, school changes, moving, changes in friend, familial, and/or romantic relationships)

  • First time pregnancy, pregnancy after loss or infertility, or pregnancy loss

  • Early parenthood

  • Religious trauma and spiritual abuse in the church

  • Asian American identity and development (i.e. exploring values, honoring self and family, grieving & processing the impacts of colonization)

  • Anxiety, stress, depression, trauma

I am passionate about…

Intergenerational Healing: This can include identifying, honoring, grieving, and healing the impacts of cultural and/or familial trauma, patterns, beliefs, etc.

Inner Child Healing & Connection: This may look like reconnecting with yourself, identifying your needs, and healing childhood wounds

Softening Shame & Increasing Self-Compassion: This may entail healing experiences related to perfectionism, anxiety, self-worth, etc.

I currently provide individual therapy via telehealth to residents of California. Each individual therapy session is 50 minutes in duration and may be done on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) basis depending on your needs.
